Pretty sure it was standing on the cement ledge next to the doorbell that you can see in the picture of the doorbell.Wild, how did that bird grab on to the Doorbell?

Thanks for the Support David. But after spending some time trying to get it up and running, something is definitely wrong with the device. It is a bit unfortunate, because even though it was not the perfect device - it was good. I had it connected to openHAB via ONVIF, and it supported snapshots, streaming. Now I have to find a suitable replacement...So this is how mine is setup. I have to hit Refresh at times to get it to connect. Once connected you can hit the gear for settings under Operation, there you will see everything you can change....

PIR alone is pretty useless. with the the DB1, it has to be set to the smallest zone unless you want traffic all the way out in in the street. It's not the best sensor. I belive the DB1c has human detection. But that one doesn't have a PIR sensor, does it?
I made use of it with my RCA. There is a trigger in the EZVIZ IFTTT channel for when there is motion detected. A snapshot is also automatically recorded in the app whenever motion is detected. PIR sensors are usually better than analyzing video, plus I don't want to only detect humans. How else would I have figured out it was that a-hole woodpecker that wrecked my doorbell? I just purchased the EZVIZ from Amazon.PIR alone is pretty useless. with the the DB1, it has to be set to the smallest zone unless you want traffic all the way out in in the street. If you have Google or Alexa the EZVIZ will work with both, fyi...I made use of it with my RCA. There is a trigger in the EZVIZ IFTTT channel for when there is motion detected. I don't believe so, Check your ONVIF settings...hm i updated the hikvison ds-hd1 to newst firmware 5.2.4 now i cannot get still image from
, does anyone know if they changed the url for still?
Sorry I don't have a Google Display setup, hopefully someone here will Chime in. I don't remember anyone here saying they had 2-way with Google, only display.Cool! I had already glued the pieces together to show the doorbell video on my Google displays when someone presses the doorbell using my HA software HomeSeer, IP cam software iSpy (like Blue Iris), and this wonderful little device which doesn't appear to be available anymore:
Nexia Z-Wave Doorbell Sensor, DB100Z - - Amazon.com
Is there a place I can learn about the features gained when enabling Google Home integration? Like, is 2-way audio available on displays or speakers? Do doorbell press alerts go through Google Home or is the EZVIZ app still required for that?
How do I do that?I don't believe so, Check your ONVIF settings...
Onvif is enabled but the url:ONVIF Device Manager is what most use.
It's pretty pointless. You can ask google home to display the video. There is no two-talk or even alerts.Cool! Maybe, I will check with @pete_c I believe he is running the latest Hikvision firmware...Onvif is enabled but the url:
Shows up nothing, it must have changed in the update?
5.2.4@jacha
What firmware are you using?
If firmware is ONVIF capable you have to enable it with the Hikvision Batch Configuration.
Once you have enabled ONVIF then the about JPG should work fine.
