So from what I read the newer Androids were having a problem of the volume being too low which I read was fixed with a firmware update to be able to adjust volume. I don't use their App so I can't check my S20+, plus I even run an old version of their PC Client so no speaker volume adjustment for me. Have you checked your Client software or logged into the Doorbell via a browser? There are audio settings in the Doorbell...Samsung S24 Ultra
No just used the phone app....will have to try pc and see if any different...my phone audio is through my hearing aids and can hear people ok...just seems like there is feedback and echo on doorbell when I speak to them from phoneSo from what I read the newer Androids were having a problem of the volume being too low which I read was fixed with a firmware update to be able to adjust volume. I'm getting the same thing and I'm on an iPhone. I don't really use the 2-way communication very often, but my last experience was pretty bad - no idea what the guy was saying..I looked at the settings by logging in and I don't see anything that stands out to me that would resolve this...At the Doorbell...Reo trouble shooting says to try using ear buds as well but my hearing aides serve that purpose too...I tried it on phone speaker and same thing
Sorry, just throwing out things. Feedback normally happens when a speaker and mic are too close to each other. Since I have not heard of everyone complaining about a bad design in the doorbell leads me to think the mic on the Doorbell is picking up the speaker that you are communicating through from your phone. Volume is usually the answer to these type issues. At the Doorbell...Reo trouble shooting says to try using ear buds as well but my hearing aides serve that purpose too...I tried it on phone speaker and same thing
I see what Reo said now...At the Doorbell...Reo trouble shooting says to try using ear buds as well but my hearing aides serve that purpose too...I tried it on phone speaker and same thing

I have the Black POE version and I tried this version over the weekend. Installed Sat, Sunday the IR filter switched from night to day. Today, Mon, the IR filter stuck on night mode. I switched back to firmware 3215 as that was the last version that I had no issues with.
