New user cannot create account

A colleague tries to make a new ipcamtalk forum/store account in order to buy a new Blue Iris license, but have some problems.

He receive this error:

Yes stop using banned spam ips

This is for sure a mistake. We are both currently accessing internet from our office, with official provider from Atos company. We have no knowledge of our background IT infrastructure(this is separate department is such a big company) or further internet access routing.
I'll tell him to access iptalkcam from his private home connection.

Looks like your IP got put in the stopforumspam.com database. It happens sometimes, especially if it's not a static IP and we get hundreds of spam registrations a week.

The account is active and good to go now, thanks for reporting

Thanks Mike, it seems that he already received the licence via email and activated OK.
He will test later this evening also the forum/store account.
I suppose that his forum/store account will also contain his license key...

Him and I exchanged a few emails already - I sent him the order confirmation email again and also sent his key directly in the same email

He can also grab his serial key anytime by visiting my serials
