Night vision issue

Hi guys,
I have a DS-2CD2132-I dome camera and when I try to start the night vision, this is okay for like a second and after there is a flash of light and I cant see anything. When I start the night vision during the day everything work fine...
Here is how it look like:

Any idea for a solution !

It looks like the infrared LEDs come on and cause a strong reflection back into the camera. Is the camera looking through a window or are there any objects near the front of the camera? If not, it is likely the infrared is reflecting off the inside of the dome. There is supposed to be a little foam ring around the lens preventing the light from reaching the lens this way.

If its facing a window then you must turn off the ir light and hope there is enough light outside..

Also check that its not fog inside the camera, this normally happens if the camera was installed on a damp day, if it is, on a warm day leave the camera case open for a while to let the condensation evaporate out.
