Have been dealing with random camera drop error 80002745c. It will work for days/weeks and then just drop. I see others with this issue but have not found resolution.

Single Dahua 5231 running BI on i5 3570

Thanks!

Are you using wifi or hardwired.
Is the IP address set to static ?
What is the camera IP address ? It should not be 192.168.1.108, If it is change it.

Is anything else using this ip address ?
check your router and make sure the address is connected to the correct device. Also make sure the address is reserved.

The only time I have seen the error is wen there have been IP conflicts ?

Does the camera have access to the internet ?

Is there any information in the cameras log file

If it times out in the browser then its not a blue iris issue. Likely a cable or power issue.

Thanks

once in a while I could access in browser. But its super slow... then times out...

I see the cam on the router and see the IR is on on the cam...

take the camera down and test with a premade short cable.
how are you powering the camera?

Sooo finally getting back to this

It will be difficult to test with short cable due to the way it is mounted...

Just did hard reset
and recrimped the end that is plugged into PoE switch

it reset to http://192.168.1.108/ but says This site can’t be reached

config tool finds the camera

BTW this cam is at my office.... set up the same cam, same switch at home and did not have this issue....

If you cant reach it blue iris cant reach it. This is a networking issue. The cameras ip needs to be in the same subnet as your network. What is your routers ip address?
