"more of the lies that brainwashed the sheep into voting for biden"

New York Times saying the same thing as CBS:
“This is a historical moment,” Kathrin Jansen, a senior vice president and the head of vaccine research and development at Pfizer, said in an interview.
“We were never part of the Warp Speed,” she said. “We have never taken any money from the U.S. government, or from anyone.”

Pfizer’s Early Data Shows Vaccine Is More Than 90% Effective

So is this true, or is it more of the lies that brainwashed the sheep into voting for biden?

I bet there was more virus spread at massive Biden celebration rallies as well as sexually transmitted diseases (STD's)

Sure. The virus is only spread at Trump rallies. Not at peaceful protests or massive NY Biden celebration rallies. Got it.

I really have to check my right wing narrative sometimes.

At least the Dems mostly wear masks. Not the case for the most part at republican events.

Most protestors wore masks. Rioters and looters can die in hell for all I care.

One of the reasons I have a view of cnn that seems to think it is less biased than you guys do, is that except for the past week, I haven't watched it. I READ it, on the web. I got a month of SlingTV so I could have news channels for the election week, but I don't normally watch news.

ALL THE NEWS CHANNELS PRETTY MUCH SUCK.

Watching it routinely for the first time in a decade was a very jarring situation for me.

I nearly peed myself when AC made his obese turtle remark. No matter how unhinged Trump's conference was, that kind of comparison was not what I expected from a journalist.

I'm letting my sling account expire and going back to reading the news from multiple sources, including occasionally Fix, er... Fox.

For clarity: the research and development of the vaccine was done by Pfizer / BioNT with their own money. US govt had nothing to do with the vaccine development.

Operation Warp Speed paid for manufacturing of 100M doses prior to knowing if they would be useful, reducing time to distribution by assuming the financial risk.
Whatever the details are, the media is running at warp speed with the narrative that Trump had absolutely nothing to do with this vaccine.

Personally, I'm skeptical that it will be the miracle that it's sounding like today. I'm willing to accept being wrong about that. If it is as good as it's sounding and Trump loses the election in the end, I'll feel like saying: Congratulations America, you just voted out one of the few presidents in our lifetimes who didn't start a war, made great progress in Middle East peace, led a huge increase in child trafficking arrests, and drove the effort that conquered covid-19. Enjoy your socialism and new wars.

Trump already has lost the election. The people have voted.

Fauci is the guy that suggested prepaying for vaccines to reduce corporate risk and eliminate the delay between testing and deployment ( some companies took R&D money and manufacturing money, others like Pfizer just manufacturing money). Congress allocated the money. Trump signed the bill, and I applaud him for that. Sometimes you can do great things by simply getting out of the way and letting competent people act.

There was also a decent plan for nationwide testing development. Trump axed it, leading to less available testing and longer waits for results that contributed to illness and death on a massive scale. There was a plan to distribute masks to every residential address. Trump axed it and instead mocked wearing masks. More people died due to that. And so on, and so on, and so on.

Hold on a minute. Give Biden a chance to make good on his campaign promise of eradicating the virus with more ppe, reopening the white house health office, and listening to scientists.

Dr. Fauci Told the Truth About COVID-19 Tests in July and Has Been Misleading the Public Ever Since

One of the most frustrating aspects of COVID-19 coverage has been the emphasis on “cases,” reinforced by Dr. Anthony Fauci. In fact, he was wringing his hands about rising “case” numbers on CNN in early October. These numbers are actually positive tests. The New York Times and several experts admitted in late August that up to 90% of positive PCR tests were not indicative of the active illness that could be transmitted to others.

WHO ( World Health organisation ) is not sharing enough info about China virus probe this must not happen as we need the truth, to many people in the world has suffered because of this including me and family members.
I 'm hoping that the country/countries responsible for this virus are closed off from the rest of the world and left to rot in hell.

Ten months later I suspect the OP should be quite pleased with his first post. History bore out a reasonable fear here of the virus and also the reaction (eg people freaking out).

like everything else in this dying republic covid has become hopelessly political: anti maskers who think covid is more scam than anything else on one end and on the other deferent sheep content as all can be to sit at home sheltered in place until they die of old age, plus a healthy hatred of those who don’t see it as they do.

I gave up on CNN in 2016 when it lost any semblance of objectivity in its early onset TDS.

Fox I rarely go to for the same reason. Truly I’m aware of virtually no news sites now worth a damn. Most have long abandoned journalism and have devolved into political cheerleading for their echo-chamber loving customers. Both sides of the spectrum have equally abused their professions to this end.

I tend toward CNBC often because it is business oriented and rarely plasters endless tripe about politics that is so quickly dividing this country and rotting it from its core.
