Pandemic Response Strategies and Their
Applications
A closer look of the two main strategies applied to medical emergencies that are announced as
pandemics, by David Mikeska.
Pandemic response and the protocols applied differ from country to country. Some do exclusively
one type, while others use parts of both types to address the situation. Traditionally, most of these

pathogen, and vaccination quotas. Usually while this is going on, the other corporate lobbyist would
'chip in for the cause' by manufacturing supporting items for the weaponize medicine adventures from
masks to machines that would murder people called a ventilator. Usually after the event, these items are
quickly disposed of. Other policies like loans to corporations and businesses to aid them during a
planned lock down, that they 'forgive' later is usually incorporated to pay businesses involved behind
the scenes of the event.
The media is biased to the medical industry's point of view. As they promote all of the medical
industry's propaganda, while down playing anyone saying anything against it and even to the extreme
of calling them a conspiracy theorist. This is further carried onto the internet in social media with paid
people and celebrities supporting their cause. Other things like censorship may be applied as a weapon
against people who oppose the medical industry's narratives, bad information , and the bioterrorism of
personal protection.
Political parties might join in enforce the medical industries adventure, they employ people to go to
businesses or bother them when they are not complying with the demands of the medical industry like
the mask. This was done during their recent COVID episode in the United States, even though the CDC
only recommended it and not required it being mandatory. So any mandates releases the bioterrorism
charge from the CDC director to anyone else that mandates them. This is where the politician becomes
guilty of bioterrorism and the mass murder charges that fallow later. Other social control policies might
be generated from the event, such as a vaccine pass to access public places, or employment terminated
over being against the bioterrorism or failure to take the vaccine.
The medical industry came up with the phrase "gain of function research" because they are under the
