people not showing up in motion

I have the android app and at the pc with blue iris closed thru windows the when i open blue iris it usually just around 10% more to put in the 70s range
 
Just to test it i switched all the cams back to trigger & continuous and cpu dropped back below 50%
I thought i understood the program guess i'm gonna have to reread the help file

trigger + continuous does not result in continuous recording...that is why its lower...
If you are not using direct to disc, you can implement it to lower cpu consumption..though 60 percent is not bad...
