Has anyone come across an issue when viewing playback via a browser (both Chrome and IE) that the playback speed is only selectable x1 and frame by frame? When I last used a browser for playback, I was able to playback at normal speed, or by clicking the fast peed arrow able to playback at much faster speeds. Today I find that the fast speed arrow does not display. I only have Play, Stop, or Frame by Frame.

What NVR, and what firmware version is it running?

Thks Alistair. I resolved the issue. I have some PC cleanup software (RESTORO) which is supposed to remove cache, temp files as well as cleanup the Registry. When I last ran the program, it removed Win11 and restored my PC back to Win10. Somehow that effected the Hikvision playback. After reinstalling Win11, all functionality was restored.
