Only if you were connecting all PTZs.
Most static IP cameras are 3-5w, so a couple of those would then allow adding another 3 PTZs to just about consume the power budget.

You most likely will never fill a POE switch with cameras. You will always need an uplink.

The maximum amount of power for the 802.3af (PoE) standard is 15.4 watts.

The maximum for the 802.3at (PoE+) standard is 25.5 watts.

Most PTZs require PoE+ whereas most non-PTZs consume 6 watts or less even at night with the IR on.

Only 4 POE ports on that switch. I have one - it works well.
