Problem with new Hootoo HDP211

I have the new HooToo IPHDP211 and there is a problem with the moving motor. After i connect the cam to the power it boots and the camera normally moves around. But this camera doesn't sometimes it hangs on the same position so i think the transmission or motor is faulty. I have gotten my 2. one today and it has the same problem. Does anyone knows about such problems with hanging motor?

Welcome to the forum...Are you able to move it via the web browser?
I would not recommend any of these cheap ptz cameras (foscam, wanscam, hootoo)...you are better off with a wide angle fixed camera like the hikvision 2432 with a 2.8mm lens (not the default 4mm).

i use the web browser. i think it is a mechanical problem because also in the web browser it hangs on the same position as in the boot process.

Just return it...since you just bought it..give you a chance to start with a good camera.
