lol .. considering the crazy compensation packages of some of these CEOS .. honestly if a company does not know how to manage it's people, does not matter if they are on-site or if they are remote ..

and, I know many people whose companies gave them crappy laptops and they just worked from home with their dual larger monitor setup instead ..
