The trades are a great place to make a living and be your own boss after a while. I agree with Mike Rowe about the country needing folks that work in the trades. His group provides scholarships for those wanting to go to trade schools.Our youngest……. Hates every second of school, is struggling to pass. Our kids go to a very conservative Private school, our oldest wants to get into the medical field, and is a honor roll student. She will graduate next year from that school.

My wife and I are starting to have conversations on starting to homeschool him when he turns 16 and can get a job. That is getting more and more popular in our area. Once a kid is 16 and is able to find a job in a field he’s interested in they homeschool their child.
These kids if they have a work ethic have 2 years of experience under their belts over any other kid their age once they graduate from school and decide to get into the trades.
I have quite a few Hispanic friends who don't like those that illegally cross the border.Need to put the blame on the Democrats for creating this .. people cutting to get into the front of the line should not be rewarded when many waited their turn to get into the USA
