Florida passes the nation's first law restricting how employers talk about race at work
Legislation restricting how race is discussed in the workplace was approved by Florida lawmakers and sent to Gov. Ron DeSantis on Thursday.

We paid $320K for a 1year old 4 bedroom house in Riverview last July. The last I checked on Zillow the price is now at $400K. The prices are indeed rising rapidly in Florida. By the way we bought it as a rental/investment. Also we had a vacant lot on a mesa in St. George Utah and it sold in less than 24 hours for $250K. That money went towards the Florida house.

We bought at the top in 2007 and I never thought I’d get my money back out if it. It’s looking to sell at very close to double what we paid for it and we only owe 50k, so a nice chunk of retirement income.
