SD22204T-GN Zoom Stuck

Hello. I have an issue with the SD22204T-GN camera where the zoom is stuck. It automatically zoomed in all the way last night and now I can't get it to zoom out. Sometimes I can get it to zoom out partially but then it automatically zooms back in again. The pan and tilt still work properly but the zoom is stuck. I tried resetting the camera but that didn't fix it. Any other ideas?

@nachopro in Post #24 claims to have found/installed firmware (with link) that fixed the "Lens Init" issue every few minutes.
@SkyLake in post #25 confirms resolution as well.
