There is another thread where someone had this issue with 0.2, that was when the new sentry api was introduced. Revert back and email BI support as well as Sentry. @varghesesaIt looks like the latest version of BI (that included Sentry API updates according to the changelog) broke Sentry integration.
All my cameras are erroring with "Sentry Server Error 400"
Anyone else seeing this issue?
Thank you!
Thank you! I will downgrade, I wasn't aware that IPCT saves the history of upgrades, so cool! Thank you!
I also already emailed both Sentry and BI support yesterday.
Thank you @fenderman
Apologies. Our servers were not scaling properly as the load increased. Issue is resolved.

Correct. Every release after 5.1.0.2 or .3 (not sure exactly which version integrates to the new Sentry API release) will be going to the new API. Ken did not revert the integration. Sentry AI just needed to handle the load correctly, which we are now doing.

Can you provide more detail as to what changes were made?Appreciate the confirmation and complement. With the integration to the new APIs we addressed false positives and false negatives. Hopefull you guys will start noticing the results.

Hi Chris,Can you provide more detail as to what changes were made?
If you are having folks send their data to you, you need to explain what is being sent and done.Hi Chris,
We can't get into the how or what in too much detail. Basically we are leveraging more information from BI to reduce false negatives and false positives.

I agree. Your product is good, but transparency will make it even better and more trustable.
As much as I love your product I recently decided to give DeepQuestAI a chance (installed on a local PC with no internet access) as per this thread [tool] [tutorial] Free AI Person Detection for Blue Iris mainly because there isn't a lot of information as @fenderman mentioned.
Are you sending more than one image to improve accuracy?Appreciate the feedback. We are addressing transparency with our customer portal. Coming out in the next few days is the cameras tab which provides complete transparency to every image coming to the Sentry cloud. A delete button will soon be provided if you want to remove it from our cloud, no questions asked. "false alarm" and "missed alarm" buttons will also follow so users can help teach our AI to be smarter. And at the bottom you will see the daily summary report.
Ken is working on integrating our facial id solution right now. On/offs for vehicle and pet detection will be next.

See post 14mmmm.. they did promise quite a significant amount of new features and improvements by Q1 2020 -- which is FAST approaching..
@varghesesa -- could you please let the community know what features we are expecting to be rolled out by the end of the month (Q1)? Thanks!
Yes. More specifically they had other features such as multiple images being sent from BI. there is no mention of that in post 14. Hence my question. Cheers.See post 14
Are you taking the entire image or just the area In which the trigger event occurred? We are taking more than one image to improve accuracy.
