SOLVED: Hikvision microphone static noise/humming which starts right after the boot sequence is done

Just for info: I'm using very cheap 1$ microphone ( link to buy ) with RC-filter to reduce 12V power noise.
 
Hi.I testing some microphones at 2 cameras working great and at the third camera have a tik tik sound. The conection is the same with the other cameras connected with POE . Is this an electric noise?
