Being for handicap is a VERY good point and so the door swings out to allow the wheelchair.

Gotta say though if the blue IS for a ADA-compliant stall the ratio of them to regular, non-ADA accessible stalls is pretty poor; I would think it would be at least twice as many for handicapped as we see here.

Damn.......right there is the collective definition of sheer talent mixed with grit, determination and resolve.

I will always remember her clear, steady, piercing vibrato that gave me chills every time I heard it....the woman could definitely sing. Hell, she could have sung the phone book and I would have loved it.
