Trump may or may not be a whimp. However, his making millions from being barely grazed does not show your premise to be true or false. His making money after being barely grazed and him being a whimp or not are independent from each other.
So lets review your claims:
Trump is a man - true
Trump is a whimp - unproven
Trump was barely grazed - true
Trump made millions from it - mostly true, his campaign collected millions in donations with none going directly to Trump.
Initially, I'd have to give your post a 70%. Unfortunately, you lose points because what appears to be your conclusion is not supported by the evidence you provided. I'd say, overall, your post is about a 58%.

Personally, as more and more info comes out, the timeline becomes more clear. He wasn't on the roof for 26 minutes. He shot at trump seconds, not minutes, after pointing the rifle at the officer.
Maybe not 26 minutes, but he was on the roof for X minutes . There is video of the shooter on the roof by multiple attendees for many minutes before the shooting started

The actual shooting details are becoming more clear, no thanks to official LE or Fed sources who really haven’t given us much.
Shooter 7-8 rounds, LE sniper toward water tower area 1-2 shots both misses, and the 1 kill shot from SS CST on the far barn roof.
I still think the biggest concern with a coordinated conspiracy is with the details beyond the actual shooting.
Vehicles, drone, recon, his phone contacts and geo pings, explosives, inept or purposeful comms problems/delays with SS and LE, bad decision making to pull LE guys from over watch position, bad decision making/unexplained decision not to pull or delay Trump on podium with known suspicious character who various units were tracking…

FBI testimony stated that they found eight shell casing on the roof. From all of the audio-synced video analysis that has been posted on this thread, there were eight shots fired by the assassin. Then there was a single shot fired from a SS sniper that ended him but was 17 seconds after his last shot.
This is strange in that he stopped shooting after only eight shots. Why? Not knowing what he had for a magazine, but I bet it was at least a 20 rounder, why not keep shooting at Trump? Did he change his mind after eight shots? Was he trying to get away? I can't conceive of him believing that he could get away when he could see the SS snipers from his position. Why not pump as many bullets into the mass of SS agents covering Trump and hope for a few penetrations?

I'm still confused as to the other counter sniper shots and if they happened, at least not by PSP. I saw part of the congressional hearing where they were questioning the PA State police commish and I'm pretty sure he said they did not have anyone on the water tower. But I can't find that video now.

I'd put my feeling down here. I do not believe there was a conspiracy to have Trump shot and killed. For that to happen, everyone involved would need to keep quiet. Even before that, people would need to be recruited into the group. And that's tougher than it sounds. There's a difference between "I know you don't like Trump so will you help us keep him from running again" and "I know you don't like Trump so will you help us kill him." You'd have to be an excellent judge of character if you're able to pick out only the people who would say yes to the second question. If you're wrong once, then there someone out there who knows you're looking for people who are interested in killing Trump. So when there is an attempted assassination, those people who were approached and said no would have to wonder. That's when leaks happen. On top of the number of people you need, you also need the right people. You could recruit a bunch of mechanics but that doesn't keep the trigger of the sniper rifle from being fired at the assassin. You need to recruit counter snipers. In this case, probably 4 of them. Then you have to make sure only the people you recruited were on the schedule for that detail. There's a lot of logistics that would have to happen.
There's a less intense possible conspiracy. They didn't set it up for Trump to be shot but rather they let open the possibility that he could be shot. The above conspiracy would have to involve the shooter. This one does not. This doesn't guarantee a shooting but if one were to happen, this wouldn't stop it. Interestingly, this may be harder that the first one. You still need to do the recuiting like before but you also have to have the right team in place for multiple events.
In addition to the agency recruiting, you would need the assistance of local and state law enforcement to ensure they aren't protecting the security gaps you planned.

As I understand it from the 2 days of hearings (I don't really count the first day because no real info was provided), a local team of 2 was in the second floor window. They saw the shooter on the ground and took a picture of him. That the picture on him in a Demo Ranch shirt that has been circulated. They ten left the second floor to go to the ground and look for him. After they left the second floor (and would no longer be able to see him) the shooter climbed on the roof. He was on the roof for minutes while attendees tried to point him out to local police. One police officer helped another officer pull himself up to the roof. That's when the shooter pointed his rifle at the officer. To avoid being shot in the face, the officer dropped to the ground. That officer then didn't fire any warning shots to immediately alert everyone there was a threat. I hope he at least radioed in. Even if he did, the message would not have gotten through the channels to get to the SS before the shooter shot.
The TMZ video shows the shooter firing and the shooter is still moving or turning his head based on the person taking the video, right after that you hear the kill shot from SS sniper. So its 17 seconds.
