Yes the leak is authentic and there are about 5 pages of it but since it appeared first on Russian social media channels. The MSM say atleast the KIA/ casualties section has been altered to favour the Russians.
Ukraine bots have altered the documents back to make their KIA better and Russian KIA worse but they went way overboard.
At least the ones seen first on Russian social media channels, KIA numbers of Russia closely match what BBC investigation found i.e around 16k killed the leaked documents show around 17.5k to 18.5k russians killed.
While ukraine bots managed to change that to 170k killed. If that numbers really happened, Putin would have long been overthrown.

"Giving Billions away" .. not so simple, as much of those Billions goes to pay US Defense Contractors for weapons, and to pay interest on bonds ...
I know it more nuanced than a simple line, but one really does need to follow the money and see where the flow goes ...

SO far, I have not found references that the Ukrainians are still wearing Telnyashkas in 2022+ ...
As such I still believe the video is of Russian soldiers drunk .. with a better video we could determine better based on additional details, and when I first saw the drunks throwing grenades it was labelled as Russians, not someone attempting to denigrate Ukrainians and stating these were Ukrainians ..
