Currently they are unable to do so because ukraine Buk M1 and S300 which are mobile are difficult to detect and hit, they have ranges of 100+miles. Same problem Nato and USAF had in Serbian war, where US lost even stealth aircraft like F117, with even more ancient soviet air defense systems.

Also the head of Nato said, "if russian wins in Ukraine its means a defeat of Nato" so this war is going to be a long drag, protests in EU against Nato and Russian sanctions are rapidly increasing. So it either ends with civilians outsing current woke leaders in EU and elsewhere or we end up with a Mushroom clouds.

You have incredibly high hopes for these drones. If you look into it further research might indicate you can get better results from horse manure and bamboo's :rofl:

In reality these drones are only really of use to destroy static hospitals, schools, apartment blocks and terrorise / kill civilians. They are only really useful as a final solution to the Ukrainian problem so I can why you like them.

However militarily they have minimal use against the spread out and highly mobile Ukrainian army. With a recommended retail price RRP of 2-5k these things have been known to malfunction and boomerang back to base. Iran is not really known for its quality control on the production line.

Here is the thing those cheap drones scored several hits against static targets.
Either you take out the drones or they are going to hit what ever target it was intended to hit, they hit the saudi armco oil facilities 2 years back with pin point accuracy, the US patriot PAC-3 failed to engage them,

You can call that a fluke, but early this year when Saudi had a F1 race. The Houtis again managed to hit the oil infrastructure in Saudi. Air defenses was manned by US personal itself.

There are tons of videos of them hitting their intended targets in Ukraine. They have a Chinese engine, microprocessors seems to be military grade protection, these chips are a copy of the ancient designs from Texas Instruments. But they work even if the GPS is jammed by just using INS.

I agree. You are right. There have been hits on the intended static targets like hospitals, schools and residential areas and the military will do their best to protect the people.

At the moment, Ukrainian schools and hospitals hit by drones and missiles turn out to be converted military facilities. But some Ukrainian anti-aircraft missiles with an expired service life fly really chaotically, including at residential buildings.
