What is strange is the seller account is 2013 with good history and feedback, that is very current.

The scammer accounts are nearly always new.

He worked hard for 2 years to get a good rating? Nothing stops scammers to have multiple accounts that they feed with good rating. I am not yet saying this is the case here, but it certainly is strange

It could be a stolen account that had good feedback and time on it.
