Unknown 10x Zoom Megapixel IP Cam "DM368_IPNC" from china.

Hi,

I've bought an IP Camera from aliexpress 1 Year ago.

The camera is ONVIF 2.0 compatible, Streaming and PTZ was working Synology Surveillance Station (Gerneric ONVIF). Today i made a Update and the live image is not accessable anymore. Onvif is not really fully supported since every piece of software which connects to that cam lacks of some functionality. The built in HTTP Interface of the Cam is dramatically bad and only working with IE7.....

So i want to update the Software of that camera or find a compatible profile in Surveillance Station.

Does anybody know this model and how to update that Camera?

I have not idea how to identify the model.

How can i verify? Is there a way to check that without disassembling the camera?

They did not answer my questions when i tried to get a firmware update after i received the camera and it did not work as i expected. I'll try to send them another mail which is not really promising....

The specs mostly meet to the dm368 module. If it is a dm368 - is there a generic firmware available? Are there other cameras, manufactured by real companies out there?

I was searching arround a long time and found nothing - there is no matching firmware at unitoptek. The only file wich is matching to that model is at diysecuritycameraworld - but it is not containing any firmware update, just word files and some crappy chinese client software for windows.

Thats the reasan why i was asking if there is another model with the same hardware.
