You've just got to believe the science and adhere, strictly, to all the predictions regarding climate. After all it is a "consensus opinion" of "scientists" -
No one "has to live in an HOA". It's a choice. Most of the peeps who get mad about the HOA are the ones who voluntarily agree to the rules when they purchase their house in the HOA. Many of those upset with the HOA remind me of hypocrite libs who think the rules are for others. Now keep in mind, there are plenty of HOAs run by idiots who try to enforce rules that don't exist in their Covenant restrictions. Those peeps remind me of fascist hypocrite libs that "violate the Constitution" of their community so to speak. Regarding his example of lighting a fire, I doubt his community Covenants address that. It's typically a City or County ordinance that deals with that. I recently sold some acreage in the unincorporated area of my County. I've had the redneck neighbors call the fire department because of me burning my "burn pile" and have had other rednecks call the police because I was shooting guns (gasp) on my property...multiple times. It was not in an HOA and was basically "out in the country". Every time, the firemen or the police officer would walk up and immediately tell me I'm not doing anything wrong but once they are called they are obligated to drive out to the property. It's less about HOAs and more about idiot people who don't know the rules/ordinances whether or not you are in an HOA or not.
Well if you have that kinda rock solid proof of a crime, I mean geez, might as well just lock him up no need for a trial, I mean its CBS for gods sake..
This whole thing is so pathetic it's beyond belief. A liberal judge upheld the right of the President to de-classify anything at any time while in office. Another judge has upheld the right of a President to retain what he/she considers to be personal documents. The documents that were seized were packed by GSA working with the President and the archivist. Can we all say "waste of time and money" together?
Edit: I said "A liberal judge upheld the right of the President to de-classify anything at any time while in office". That should have been "A liberal Supreme Court, in 1980, upheld the right of the President to de-classify anything at any time while in office".
