The CIA, everyone already knows about, and doesn't even bear mentioning, as it would just be uglier than the backside of some filthy animal.
The FBI has repeatedly proven themselves to be untrustworthy. Their charter should be cancelled/revoked. Whistleblowers and remaining agents should be carefully screened for a new organization.
The NSA is a lot like the CIA, except they don't typically deserve any bad comments, and don't cause us a lot of grief. Are they that good at remaining quiet?

When I was a spook at the NSA we were focused on the cold war and were not monitoring the activities of American citizens. That was back in the day when the "NSA didn't exist". Things have changed, now they have a website for the public and I'm sure my first sentence above doesn't apply anymore.
