He was charged but not convicted, the trail set in March 24 is for the charges "conspiracy to obstruct a official proceeding". It doesn't say insurrection.
Regardless the SC is going to rule against the Colarado and Maine illegal moves by atleast 9 to 0. If they rule by partison 6-3, next act the uniparty will do is court packing.

FWIW, according to official court documents, Trump was also charged with "Conspiracy to Defraud the United States", "Obstruction of and Attempt to Obstruct an Official Proceeding" and "Conspiracy Against Rights".

It's the "best" they can do, I guess. They'd love to charge him with causing climate change, Hamas attacking Israel or vice versa, etc.

It's way too late. That headline isn't news, it's history. They have already successfully brainwashed Gen Z and they are well on their way to completing the Alpha Generation brainwashing. Spend some time listening to your Generation Alpha grandkids talking and tell me I am wrong.

The part about eliminating fossil fuels was telling as well. Its a coordinated takedown and its happening now.
