It was Knot a Noose: "Wallace has said that the noose was first reported to him by NASCAR President Steve Phelps." Yet they will continue to call it as such.

All knots are assumed guilty until proven innocent.

"Bubba Wallace 'relieved' by FBI finding no crime in noose but frustrated by reaction
The FBI said Tuesday that it has determined that the noose in Wallace's garage in Alabama was a pull rope that had been placed there in October, long before the stall was assigned to Wallace."

As you can see, the Leftist media calls it a Noose even when it was knot a noose

Has Bubba Wallace apologized for all the commotion that he stirred up by the false accusations he made? By the way I seriously doubt that the "noose" in question was of the slip knot variety. It's purpose was to close the garage doors.

By the way where is Joe Biden in all of this? Lot's of things happening in this country and he has yet to opine. He is still hiding in his basement. One hell of a way to run your Presidential campaign. :banghead:

I just read way too many of these 15 pages. Very entertaining, and I'm heartened by the number of pro-conservative/Trump posts. I was an active commenter at ZeroHedge for 9+ years, and just had my account banned (as did many others) due to the Google ad crackdown on their comment section. The world is getting smaller and smaller.

One thing that I think is problematic about the polarization regarding police is that if you say anything even remotely critical of LEO's, you're immediately labeled a lefty. Likewise, if you say something pro cop, you're a racist. If only it would be that simple.

I think there is a huge problem with policing - none (or certainly very little of it) having to do with racism. Instead, I think there is a general sense of cops to think they're above the law. And this happens for two reasons... One is qualified immunity (QI)- where they are, for most things, immune to personal claims/suits, and two, there is an 11th commandment which states "Thous shalt never snitch on a fellow brother in blue".

Exchanging QI for a market-based malpractice insurance (or general liability, or whatever you want to call it) would address both of these issues. Doctors, who arguably have multiples more income and personal wealth, have no QI. Yet, they are targeted incessantly by ambulance-chasing lawyers who portray all doctors as negligent, incompetent, and greedy in ads that run 24/7.

Bad doctors with multiple settlement/judgments see their premiums skyrocket - making them uninsurable. Partnerships and practices, and hospitals require their physicians to maintain their malpractice insurance at given limits. If that is no longer attainable, they're employment is over. And, just like your credit rating, insurance risk rating sticks with the insured - not the employer. So if you suck at one place, your inability to get coverage follows you.

Because of QI, cops currently have no skin in the game. They are essentially free of consequence - even if their department has to pay out millions in settlements. And, IF they get fired, they simply work for the next county. And having a fellow cop complain about an abusive partner is all but career suicide. Look up FHP Trooper Jane Watts to see what happens when one cop tries to apply the law to another.

But, if insurance were mandated, underwriters would maintain the database (ChoicePoint/LexisNexis, etc) and it would weed out the bad ones.

Good cops are powerless to stop the rogue ones. It's why the three cops watching Floyd get snuffed out didn't do anything. The fact that they got charged is good, because hopefully in their defense, the can bring up the very real problem of speaking out against bad behavior of fellow blue - and the career-ending consequences that result.

Jane Watts was let go because it was unsafe for her to continue patrolling the streets. The supervisors were concerned that her fellow cops would delay in responding to any calls she may make for backup. What does that tell you about the current state of policing.
Have to respectfully disagree with the initial entire premise that this is a big problem. Like any profession there are bad apples.

The extent of this problem is being over hyped to serve the narrative. The actual data does not support the narrative.

BREAKING: Newly Released Strzok Notes Implicate Obama and Biden DIRECTLY Ordering Sham Flynn Investigation

The Justice Department released Peter Strzok notes from 1/4/2017 regarding the Flynn-Kislyak calls.

Last month it was revealed 2020 Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden was in a January 5, 2017 Oval Office meeting discussing General Flynn’s phone calls with Russian Ambassador Kislyak with Obama, Yates, Comey, Rice and Brennan.

Now we know that Obama and Biden were directly involved in the sham Flynn investigation.

Strzok’s newly released notes also suggest the secret Oval Office meeting on January 5 was the reason the Flynn investigation was not closed.

The Strzok notes show then-Vice President Joe Biden wanted to invoke the Logan Act against General Mike Flynn.

Strzok also noted that Obama DIRECTLY ordered an investigation into Flynn, saying “Have the right people on the case.”

Then-FBI Director James Comey said the calls between Flynn and Kislyak “appear legit” but they went ahead with the hit job against Flynn.

“Strzok’s notes believed to be of January 4, 2017, reveal that former President Obama, James Comey, Sally Yates, Joe Biden and apparently Susan Rice discussed the transcripts of Flynn’s calls and how to proceed against him.”

Comey Told Obama that Flynn’s Conversations with Russian Ambassador ‘Appear Legit,’ According to Strzok Notes

Former FBI director James Comey told President Obama that the 2016 conversations between Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak and incoming national-security adviser Michael Flynn were not criminal in nature, according to notes from former agent Peter Strzok released by Flynn’s legal team.

The page of notes was taken by Strzok appears to describe a January 5, 2017 meeting of President Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, and national security officials. This meeting occurred amid accusations that incoming Trump administration officials had colluded with Russian operatives. Strzok was not present at the meeting, and it is unclear what record of the meeting he consulted in taking the notes.

Strzok writes that “P,” presumably President Obama, asked, “Is there anything I shouldn’t be telling transition team?”

Strzok records that “D,” or Director Comey, responded “Kislyak calls but appear legit.”

ALSO JUST IN: Flynn legal team files a page of Strzok's notes, which appear to describe the Jan. 5 meetign with Obama and natsec team

Notes indicate Biden mentioned the Logan Act, but entirely devoid of context. pic.twitter.com/lGsj0DepHm

— Kyle Cheney (@kyledcheney) June 24, 2020

In transcripts of conversations between Flynn and Kislyak released on May 29 of this year, Flynn is recorded asking the Russian ambassador not to escalate tensions in response to U.S. sanctions. Those sanctions were implemented by the Obama administration following reports that Russia attempted to interfere in the U.S. general election.

Strzok’s notes also indicate that “VP” Biden mentioned the “Logan Act” during the meeting, although the context of Biden’s remark is unclear. The Logan Act of 1799 forbids U.S. citizens from intervening in disputes with foreign nations without authorization. The law has been cited only twice in U.S. history in two cases in the 1800’s and no one has ever been found guilty of violating the statute.

Yes, all the garage doors had this type of rope.
Then why would he think this was meant for him? Especially if they were there since last year. Does anyone over there have any common sense? Did the FBI really have to get involved? Shame on Nascar for their involvement, making it a big deal while knowing the whole time what it really was.

Pure politics is why that many FBI agents got involved. I am still waiting on an apology for Bubba Wallace.

Here is a hot one. Sharia law no less.

Minnesota State Rep: Antifa and Muslim Groups Plan to 'Police Minneapolis Under Muslim Rule'

It would have sounded farfetched just weeks ago. It doesn’t anymore.

As the city of Minneapolis moves to dismantle its police force, Minnesota state Rep. Steve Green on Tuesday stated the obvious that virtually everyone else has been tiptoeing around and pretending isn’t there: “What you’re looking at, in my humble opinion, is communism moving into Minneapolis and St. Paul.” And not just Communism, but the Leftist/Islamic alliance. Green asserted that Antifa and Muslim organizations plan to “police Minneapolis under Muslim rule.” Those who scoff at such a notion simply aren’t paying attention to recent developments.

The Minneapolis City Council voted two weeks ago to abolish the city’s police force. Its plans beyond that have so far been sketchy, but something is going to have to be put in place as an alternative to the police. The New York Times noted that “many have called for relying more on self-policing by the community, in the way attendees often do at events like music festivals, with the police stepping in only when a true emergency arises. Some cited as an example how, in the days after the killing of Mr. Floyd, teams made up of dozens of members of the American Indian Movement patrolled streets and directed traffic in the Little Earth housing community in Minneapolis.”

If members of the local community end up policing Minneapolis, what might that look like? Back in 2016, a series of Minneapolis Muslims in man-on-the-street interviews stated matter-of-factly that they preferred Islamic law over American law. We have seen Sharia patrols in Germany, Britain, and even New York City, where the Muslim Community Patrol (MCP) is decked out in uniforms that strong resemble New York Police Department uniforms, and drives cars carefully designed to look like NYPD cars, to enforce “fundamentals of the Sharia.”

Muslim leader Siraj Wahhaj explained what that meant: “The mosques need protection and the MCP cars can help stop people who were not following the rules and regulations of the sharia, doing what they’re not supposed to be doing, but still doing it.” According to a Muslim involved with the MCP, this would involve stopping “Muslim women being out after dark, Muslim men hanging out in the corners doing dope, Muslims drinking liquor,” and enforcing, “basically, the fundamentals of the Sharia.”

If such a community patrol is launched in Minneapolis, it is likely to focus on the same things, but not do anything about the fact that the 5th Congressional District in Minneapolis, Rep. Ilhan Omar’s district, is the jihad terror recruitment capital of the United States. Stopping young Muslims from engaging in jihad activity is unlikely to be a high priority for a group that is dedicated to enforcing Sharia, since Sharia calls upon Muslims to wage war against and subjugate unbelievers.

The Sharia enforcers’ hard-Left allies in Antifa would have no problem with this. Islam historically has never had any difficulty coexisting with authoritarian governments; in fact, it is free republics that have never proved to be compatible with Islamic law. Consequently, Steve Green’s words don’t appear farfetched at all. The unholy alliance of Leftists and Islamic supremacists sees that its moment is now, and is grabbing all it can.

How likely is it that Minneapolis really could end up under Islamic rule, with the blessing and cooperation of the hard-Left? According to the Minnesota Reformer, another Minnesota state Representative, Mohamud Noor of Minneapolis, did not deny the truth of Green’s statements. Instead, when asked about them, he “said rather than talk about things that inflame people and create division, Minnesota needs to address the challenge before it.” And of course, talk of Antifa/Islamic rule in Minneapolis might “inflame people,” so keep quiet. Keep quiet, that is, if you oppose such an eventuality, not if you favor it. Said Noor: “Minnesota is awake. They understand the challenges; they have been hearing the challenges for far too long. And we can’t wait any longer.”

Steve Green may turn out to have been a prophetic voice far sooner than anyone expects. And if any free people who may still be in Minneapolis want to head this off, the time is now to “inflame people” – not to riot and destroy after the manner of the Left, but to stand up decisively now and stop the power-grab of these insidious totalitarian forces.

Maybe this quote from Fox News will help. . . Nascar confirmed that it was the ONLY garage with this kind of door 'pull'

1593105093613.png
why would anyone think this isn't anything but an innocent door pull?
1593105356559.png

I can't image why a black driver might be sensitive to a noose in his garage.

Of course there is no racism left in America
  • Three officers were fired from the Wilmington Police Department in North Carolina on Tuesday over racist comments captured on one of their in-car cameras.
  • The former officers — James Gilmore, Jesse Moore II, and Kevin Piner — had all been on the force for more than two decades.
  • The racist comments were accidentally recorded and then found during a routine audit, according to an internal report.
  • In one conversation caught between Moore and Piner, both can be heard using a racial slur against Black people multiple times, and Piner said a new civil war was needed to "wipe 'em off."

Just 3 more 'bad apples' I guess

Except that it was there like 6 months before he assumed the garage and there was no way to know he was getting that specific garage.

And I dont accept the thought police method of determining "bad". I'm guessing there arent many folks on the planet of any color that havent said something sometime in their life they wish they hadnt in the heat of anger.

It comes down to upbringing and culture. If you're told from day one, that all of life's struggles are due to oppression and deliberate efforts to keep you down, the propensity to see victimhood in everything becomes a very powerful obstacle to overcome. Fortunately, there are a number of black conservatives who choose to be be victors instead of victims - and I hope/pray their message of self-reliance and can-do attitude spreads faster than the message of dependence and victimization.

Race hustlers like Jackson, Sharpton, Crump, et al, make their living (a very good one at that) stoking innocent, benign issues into embers of rage.

I have to say, while I am not surprised at how malleable Americans are, it is still quite shocking to see with what ease the MSM and celebrities are able to whip so many young people into violent, illogical, rabid mobs. Take any one of them out of the group setting and asking them to coherently explain what they're doing, and why they're doing, and all you get is a broken down drone spewing liberal talking points - with no clarity of thought or driving principle. It is tragic, and quite frankly, embarrassing.
