What video are you talking about?
 
It was a video that was released (it was on vhs) that was cycled around the military in the early to mid 90's. That is all I can really remember about it, that and a brief introduction from some very high ranking officers on it as well. How I got it, who made it, I haven't a clue (probably did then).

'Things' weren't published as quickly (if ever) then as they are now.
