Folarin Balogun will be available to play the USMNT’s World Cup round-of-16 match against Belgium after his one-game red-card ban was suspended, FIFA has confirmed.

It just doesn't look good that Donnie (allegedly) called up FIFA and demanded action. That stinks to high heaven.About the red card affair, like everything else we're fed only propaganda and don't know the truth. A counter argument is that the ref issued the red card on the basis of a video review, and violated the rules of how he was allowed to use the video. Just another big can of worms.

The rule supposedly broken is that the refs are allowed to use only full speed video playback, and this one did it in slo-mo. I would think there would be witnesses if true.
