Very bad night vision image DS-2CD2143G0-I

Hi, I bought some domes cameras that work great during the day but at the night they become almost unusable.
I tried to clean the plastic dome without luck. It seems some sort of reflex on the dome.
Any idea of how I could improve the image?

This a standard problem with a dome camera.
The dome is dirty and reflecting the IR light.
Clean or replace the dome.
Replace the desiccant.
Check the seal around he dome.
Provide additional sources of IR light and turn off the camera IR

Likely cause :
The dome is positioned such that IR is reflecting off a nearby surface such as the wall or soffit or fascia and refracting back through the dome into the sensor's field of view.
To fix this you'd need to experiment with changing the mounting location.

The users was a spammer. The modern more advanced spam bots are able to put together a post that is somewhat related to the thread/forum. They wait a bit then post again with a spam link. Post deleted.

I'm very late to the party here, but I had the very same issue with this same model camera.

I solved my problem by cleaning the inside of the dome with the soft cloth supplied by Hikvision.
Spritzed the cloth with a light spray of glasses cleaner then buffed up the inside of the dome....

Now my image is clear!
