Sharpshooter 4.0 - damn is 1400.00 the correct amount? Thats crazy. I upgraded a lorex nvr with instructions from this site. It now says Dahua with the 4.0 system 380 mgbt and 2 AI channels. I just wish it had 16 instead of 8 channels. I also have an 8 channel uniview nvr and BI on a pretty nice computer.

I just need my younger brain back.....and quit going down all the rabbit holes on the net....

No it is all good. That is why there are forums out there to help others with questions about a product that others might have little more info about. We all had to learn by messing with the cameras and doing resets or asking questions.

Yes lol that is the price it will get you, The Uniview was double that when I bought it new I found it for less but when i asked if they had any in stock i was told no lol. So I think it is just someone trying to Troll the real price, But yeah don't buy the camera if you don't have a need, For me Location was long range Gate front back and had PTZ but over years belts or just hall effects they get off track of where they were meant to be. Because of being a remote to my location I needed after asking buy a new 4mp PTZ and take out Pan and Tilt functions or buy the long range bullets. Plus there are other things about the cameras other IP bullet cameras don't offer, one Presets and heater, unless it is a PTZ or some of my older larger analog bullets. But 2 to 3 lbs camera compared to an 8lbs one at some locations can't install the big boy lol.. But yeah I really wish most of my zoom cameras offered presets because unlike some of the Dahua ones I installed back when, Setting and trying to focus was just a PITA.. So Analog cameras and even some of my IP box zoom cameras like the ones I posted a picture of also have presets but again cost and then issue is they are not outdoor so then you need costly housing if you want quality anyway. Most of the housings that I had from 2010-16 are trash today, heaters dead, lens yellowed lol so yeah Dahua outdoor housing are costly but much higher quality. Younger brain, I wish I could go back 40 years and start again from there.. Back in the day working on adding funny's to CB radios talking skip around the world.. All gone because of the Internet lol..

I tried to get some info from this camera. I do believe it's never been used. I also tried to post a part of some ifo. it's nothing like you showed me.....o well i think it's worth the time it took to obtain it.

Mine has same country code and customer code, wonder if that is just base setup and never entered? I mean India seems strange as location code for yours also.. So wonder if that was just starting and no one ever changes. When I get home want to look. At mine, also have that data in my files.

I had a ton of tng files that i didn't try to open. So not being very computer literate im ok with this camera. It seems to be all good. And thanks for your help!

All good, Thing is being happy with the camera, That is what is important. But for the cost hard to say much bad about it But yeah there is a lot of files that can be unpacked and going though them to find info is what I was talking about it can be hard at times to find the really good things as they are packed and then packed and have to unpack a few to get to good info lol.. Anyway here is mine showing india and on my Alibi has custom 02 and I am guessing that is Alibi maybe ? Removed some personal things but you can see it looks like yours a little bit..
