VTO2000 V4 firmware and VTH1550CH V3.12

Muchas gracias.

Hi, I upgraded VTO2000A to version 3.120 and VTH1510 / 1550 to version 4.0. And the VTH will not let me open the door I get ERROR ON OPEN LOCK1 and the video on the vth is not seen if I give the video button but if you see if they call the vote.
What is happening? Before, it worked fine except that the push notifications on the mobile phone would jump for a while and that's why I decided to update.
Say that the mobile works well until you open the door.
Thank you.

I am selling mi devices at a discounted price. I am sure with some work they can be "fixed" as at boot tftp "sees" them.

I've updated to 4.0 on VTH1550CH and although everything is fine, the firmware I've used only have English language and I would like to upgrade to a version with multiple language including Portuguese (my own), but previously I would use ConfigTool to update connecting to port 3800, but now I'm only able to connect to port 37777 and upgrade always fail.
Was the 3800 port disabled on v4.0? Does anyone know the password for admin user apart from the one (numbers only) set after installation of v4.0?
Or any other safe method to update firmware to whichever version I want?
Thanks

EDIT: Meanwhile I tried VDPConfig using port 37777 and was able to upgrade to version with portuguese language. Tried also the rollback to 3.1 on the VTH and it failed.

Hi there, Today I received the following firmwares from Dahua support France, mentioning there would soon be a SIP version release as well ... :

- General_Multi3_VTH1510_EngItlFreGerDutSpaPor_P_V3.200.0000.0.R.20170826.bin

- General_Multi3_VTO2000A_EngItlFreGetDutSpaPor_P_16M_V3.200.0000.0.R.20170912.bin

And the same day those latest versions from my Belgian vendor :

- VTH151X_EngItlFrnGerDutSpnPrt_V4.000.100B000.0.T.20180906 et

- VTOXXX_EngItlFrnGerDutSpnPrt_P_16M_V3.120.001P000.0.T.20181025

See the difference,
V3.2 for the VTH15xx on one side, V4 on the other side and
V3.2 for the VTO2000 on one side, V3.12 on the other side ...

They both support English (and French for me), both are official, but I wonder why they are not providing the same release, and the difference there is with version 3.2 I actually have ...

Someone has tested ?
Many thanks !

Can anyone make these firmwares available to me?

Thank you very much

I would appreciate it if someone could send me the latest non-sip fw for both the vto2000a and the vth1550ch units.
Thanks in advance!

Thank you so much, Riccardo !! Did you already tried these fw's ?
Grazie mille, Riccardo !! Hai avuto modo di testare i firmware ?

Sorry Riccardo, did you try these fw ? Do you know if the snapshots (of who is calling) are saved, in the VTH ?

I got the V4 on VTH, and still V3 on VTO, I do see "snapshots" of people pushing on the bell, also voicemails (if left) are viewable there.

maybe I have to try the firmwares that @RiccardoV has posted above, I have this one on the VTH
Customer_VTH151X_EngItlFrnGerDutSpnPrt_V4.000.100B000.0.T.20180906.bin

And this on the VTO
Customer_VTOXXX_EngItlFrnGerDutSpnPrt_P_16M_V3.120.001P000.0.T.20181025.bin

But since this upgrade, I've lost the snashots ....

Your firmware naming differs from the Dahua ones (theirs: EngTurSlkPldHgrFinCzeBul yours: EngItlFrnGerDutSpnPrt), so I'd check the sources that maybe something broke when injecting the language packs.
