VTO2000 V4 firmware and VTH1550CH V3.12

Hi guys, I have the VTO6210B, and the VTH1560B (the VDP says that is a VTH1510 ??), do you know if these firmware also suit for my models ?

You can use this firmware for VTH1560B, it’s the same like VTH1510. For VTO6210B you can’t use, its another firmware.

I have updated my vto2000a with V3.12 and I have a strange issue. I can access to web interface (with IE)but it doesn't show anything on the first page (local configuration). I have tried with an old laptop with windows vista. Anyone has never seen such a problem?

I have solved the problem using Chrome with IE tab, which is an IE emulator. Thanx to fa355115

They both support English (and French for me), both are official, but I wonder why they are not providing the same release, and the difference there is with version 3.2 I actually have ...

Someone has tested ?

PS, anyone has an issue with the config webpage? The intercom works fine from the displays but I cannot change anything or signin to the webpage "cannot display webpage / ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT". Reboot of the VTO does not fix the issue.

ps , it looks like the push function doesn't work anymore sinds a few days , anyone has this experiance too?
also many other users seems to struggle with this problem.

Try with chrome and IE tab extension.

I just sent the link to people who requested it with the European official firmwares.
P.S. for the notification issue we have since a few days, I have opened a thread here ... it would be good you mention here if out still works for you or not so that we are all informed when the issue is solved !

correct, same for me.IE and Mozilla on Windows computer is working.
Safari or Mozilla on Mac is not allowing to see the WEB Interface of the VTO ...
