I have a new installation of BI 5 (5.2.6.4 x64) on windows 10. Whenever I open up (on the same LAN) the web server page and try to login, it gives me "Login failed but Blue Iris did not provide a reason " error. I have created several test users, admin and non admin. So it is not a credential problem. Other details:
At some point after restarting the PC i got this to work. However when I then went ahead and enable BI as a service, it stopped working again. Even reverting back to non-service mode and restarting the PC several times doesn't fix the problem.
Here is a screenshot of my web server settings. I have tried looking around the forum but no luck. Any suggestions is much appreciated

- disabled auto ban IP after unsuccessful attempts
- added firewall rules to allow inbound and outbound connections on port 81 for TCP
