What is the de-bricking process for HIKVision camera and NVR firmware updates?

Hi will this work with LTS security NVR and cameras?

Think I have bricked my LTN8708T-HT with cameras showing video loss.

Any help appreciated.
 
7608 nvr connected to switch and pc running the tftp, nvr starts to boot but doesnt complete and is in a boot loop, i can ping it for the first 10 seconds then reboots

tftp server 192.0.0.128 initialised is all it shows any ideas ? dvr had a static ip of 192.168.0.99 which i ping briefly
