I woke up this morning and found my brick fence all broken up.

I just finished cleaning up all the bricks. Most likely I will replace the bricks with a wrought iron fence.

It was not a neighbor, it was a couple that parked about 15 minutes. They were arguing before the car hit the fence. At one point I thought I hear a gunshot.
I did not get the license plate, all I can make out that the car was Silver Nissan Altima 2016 -2018

I think you're better off with bricks than a metal fence. Eitrher will be wrecked if hit and bricks are probably cheaper to replace as with a fence it may pull and extended length of fencing down.
