White Flashing Lines Starlight Dome

Dahua community,

I have a Dahua 2MP Starlight dome camera that is about 1.5 years old. Just today, I noticed that specific camera out of 10 I have has white horizontal lines when I view it in Smartpss or iDMSS app. I have nothing to correlate this change to as I have not done any work to have nicked or damaged the cable, patch panel, or made any changes to the Dahua NVR. POE switches are also the same. Any idea what the problem might be and how to fix it?

My other Starlight turrets and domes were bought at the same time and are identical, but only one has this problem.

A video from the camera would help.
Is the problem day or night or both ?
Can you view if from Internet explorer with the plug in , if so does the problem exist ?

Thanks so much for your responses. I contacted the seller and they told me it is a hardware problem, so I will have to ship back for repair.
