Why is my night time picture like this?

I know the positioning of this camera is all wrong but I am more concerned about the night time picture. I have cleaned the dome camera thoroughly and the night time image always has these white orbs. Day time image is crystal clear. Can anyone tell me what is causing this please?

Hi, Its IR reflection.
If you turn the loundryhanger the white will move.

Reflections at night from IR bounce and/or other light sources. Other than moving the camera or the hanger, some black tape on that whitest part of the clothes hanger will knock it down a ton, as will calibrating the camera off of auto settings.

Agree with the above. I hate domes at night. Especially if there is also dust inside the dome.

This is a typical issue we see with Dome cameras.

Check also the foam / rubber around the lens.
