There weren't. Ok... riddle me this... I just took some of the Windows 10 updates and rebooted. Tried the same process again, and it worked. ?!?!?!?! One of the many reasons I hate Windows. The only reason I bought a windows machine was to run this software. lol

I tried running Blue Iris 4 on Windows 10 with i7 6700 and Intel HD built in video. I couldn't get it to work - something between the Intel Update Utility and the Windows 10 auto updates kept freezing it every morning. Logs didn't really help pin it down. Installed Win 7 and am trying that now.

Last I heard, there was a memory leak affecting Skylake CPUs with latest Intel drivers if you use hardware accelerated h264 decoding in Blue Iris. This could in theory cause Windows to freeze, though I think usually it just causes Blue Iris to crash.
