But nothing works.
I hope someone can help me.
I have : Network Video Recorder : XC-4CH-NVR-1TB with two Network Dome Cameras : XC-MD-32F-IR.
The message is check the parameters or network settings.

I try it with Yandex and Gmail
Thanks

This is a pcture of the manual.
All data I had filled in correctly
In the manual they write:

Configure the following Email settings:
Enable Server Authentication (optional): Check the checkbox to enable the server authentication feature.
User Name: The user account of sender’s Email for SMTP server authentication.
Password: The password of sender’s Email for SMTP server authentication.
SMTP Server: The SMTP Server IP address or host name (e.g., smtp.263xmail.com).
SMTP Port No.: The SMTP port. The default TCP/IP port used for SMTP is 25.
Enable SSL (optional): Click the checkbox to enable SSL if required by the SMTP server.
Sender: The name of sender.
Sender’s Address: The Email address of sender.
Select Receivers: Select the receiver. Up to 3 receivers can be configured.
Receiver: The name of user to be notified.
Receiver’s Address: The Email address of user to be notified.

Those settings look OK to me.
What does the error say when you use the 'Test' button?
Does the gmail account gives any errors about unauthorised access attempts?

Does the NVR have correct access to the internet?
For example, do you use NTP for time settings, and does it work OK?

When i use the test button the message is: check the parameters or network settings.
The NVR have acces to internet, with the app i can look to cam 1 and 2 (not wifi)
I'm not use NTP.
The gmail account give no error.

I'm not use NTP.
If the NTP settings have a 'Test' button it would confirm that when the NVR accesses the internet, that name resolution is OK, using time.windows.com for example.
Do you have a DNS setting in the network configuration? Either your LAN router, or maybe try google's 8.8.8.8
Name resolution is needed for the gmail configuration.

I think NTP is not working.
In de Manual they write i must take 210.72.145.44 as NTP server and port 123.

The time synchronization interval can be set from1 to 10080min, and the default value is 60min. If the NVR is connected to a public network, you should use a NTP server that has a time synchronization function, such as the server at the National Time Center (IP Address: 210.72.145.44). If the NVR is setup in a more customized network, NTP software can be used to establish a NTP server used for time synchronization.

I set Interval to 10.
I set time 5 minutes back.
And after 15 minutes the time is not reset.

That's a server in China and is best not used.
I think NTP is not working.
Perhaps test with time.windows.com on port 123 and see if that works OK.
If NTP works OK with a domain name such as this, then name resolution is working OK and will not be a cause of the email failure problem.

I found on internet a lot of Hikvision Brands and Xyclop is one of them.
The User Manual of DS-7600NI Series NVR (Hikvision) is the same as Xyclop XC-4CH-NVR-1TB.
Maybe someone with DS-7600NI Series NVR (Hikvision) has the same problem?
Or can help me with other settings that I may not be able to do well.

Well that's interesting if so.

There are quite a few references to the problems with Hikvision's NVRs when Gmail charged their security, and how it was fixed with firmware updates.
A search should be able to find these.

I have been in contact with the shop where I bought the system.
They say it is in the firmware protocol and there will be no new update.
I have to buy the new version recorder the Xyclop XC-4CHV2-NVR and I now have the Xyclop XC-4CH-NVR.
Cruise or not.

please dont be a sucker and buy from the same place that just screwed you...purchase a hikvision branded NVR or from a rebrander that provides updates...or better yet, consider a pc based vms like blue iris, you wont have these problems....
