BI zoom function with ipc-hdbw4631r-zs

Hi Everyone,
first thread, newbie to all this business. I just bought BI and a ipc-hdbw4631r-zs to play around. I have everything working (mostly), remote app working on android, camera and setup nicely, triggers etc.

Only thing I don't seem to be able to get to work in the BI desktop app or mobile app is the zoom in/out, the camera i have is 2.8 to 13mm or something like that, if I use the web interface to the camera directly the zoom works so i know the camera zoom function works, just not through BI, have I missed setting something up?

Dahua rtsp or find inspect using onvif profile for ptz will work...but its pointless, the camera is not a zoom camera, its a motorized varifocal, this is designed to be set at the time of install not used in realtime. just log into the web interface and use that.

ah okie dokie, thanks for your reply, makes sense, shame as the zoom isn't too bad, but in my house (this is internal camera) i dont really need the zoom i guess
