I have Blue Iris running on a Dell laptop (I believe it’s an i5 processor). It is running two IP cameras through a gnrok tunnel. It works great- no issues with quality. It will run for about a day or two before it chases. Blue Iris closes for some unknown reason. I relaunch Blue Iris and it’s up and running. Gnrok tunnel is still open and working.

Please help. How do I keep this running? What settings should I change? What other info do you guys need to know? I’m new to PCs and not sure what optimum setting should be.

What is the exact processor. It could be a memory leak.
Also you need to clean install Windows using the Microsoft media creation tool to remove all junk.

Windows 10 I believe.
You can download the Microsoft media creation tool and reinstall Windows you don't need any keys.
Also see the threads for memory leaks you might have one you have not mentioned the processor that you have.

you should not have a leak, check the cpu and memory usage after 10 or so hours. See if it climbs.

Ok. My system has been running for roughy 14 hours. My memory usage seams to stay about the same. It does climb along with cpu usage when I review clips, but returns after viewing. I don’t think I have a memory leak.

Yes... Use the bi option to set it up as a service. Set the service to auto restart.

Define crash. What causes the computer to crash ?
Or is it Blue Iris that crashes and the computer is operational ?
