I can not open the storage tab (any tab, only version) in the web configurator.

Hello everyone,

I have a Little problem, one of my cameras don`t record, I pull up the micro sd and delete the folders, but I read I have to connect via web to format the micro sd.

Ok, I connect via ip config tool and in the web configurator I only can see the camera, but the tabs of configuration does not open, only opens the version info.

Any solution?

Also be patient, Ive noticed on some cameras there is a lag of a minute or two before the GUI becomes responsive...

The SD card may be bad. Most of my good SD cards last about a year in the Houston Texas heat. The cheap SD cards sometimes last less than 3 months.

The software on that camera is very old. What make and model camera.

I can not make an update with the web browser, no way to enlarge the configuración tab, and any tab but version.

Dahua cube, I will check the model later.

Your software is very old. You may be running into web browser security issues.
On a dahua camera it is normal to have the model number on the version tab.
Where did you buy the camera, if it is a Chinese hack camera, you may be out of luck.

I Installed the dahua config tool, but there's no way to acces to the storage control, seems it's only possible by the web configurator isn't?

I installed smartpss and one camera recognizes hdd disk, but the other one not. That's the same problem. I format the sdd to exFat
