After numerous attempts with the settings, Neither of the 2 cameras: 2K & 4K units are fully operational.
The custom driver that has to be loaded to http :/ Camera IP, or the way the interface is done: all trims to selections and many settings in general are inoperative. No manual on the camera Parameters is available, nor is firmware or http driver for either camera: 2K or 4K.
I followed AliExpress’s direction and worked with ‘Seller’ to resolve the issues, who asked questions and requested Screenshots, for a week then said it’s not his Cameras, go back and discuss with AliExpress, who then said I had waited too long to open a dispute.
Stuck in endless loop between AilExpress saying refund has to come from seller, and Seller who AliExpress says is Seller, who says it’s not his camera, and AliExpress should issue refund.
Paypal (who paid AliExpress) would prefer to have me work with AliExpress, though they say they are considering stepping in-in 5 days, though they never did.
CC company who pays Paypal says unless I can provide tracking that cameras went back, they cannot refund. When I explained I never received an address, I was given $25 credit ‘for my efforts’.
All because a HiKvision camera with 16MM lens died, and only place that now sells 16MM fixed Lens units is AliExpress!
