Tech conferences .. not certain how you can keep men out of those .. after all they've gotten rid of men's only golf clubs, business clubs, .. et al ..
( note, many tech conferences and other conferences traditionally dominated by men have had significant DEI actions so that they have slots for DEI presenters .. )
in terms of sports and restrooms - makes 100% sense to keep the divide imho

It was a mistake to get rid of men's or woman's only. What happened to FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION? If I have a private party I have to open it up to whoever wants to come? Even the biggest libs associate only with whomever they want. Like it or not, all of us practice our freedom of association daily.
I hold the very unpopular, but only rational view that people should be able to discriminate based on whatever reason they want. They don't like guys named Bob, orange hair, people wearing jeans... any reason whatsoever. That's what it means to own something; making all the decisions. If people are unable to make decisions, they don't own it.
Note that the right to discriminate doesn't apply to government, only to private citizens and businesses.
Besides the obvious reason that ownership means the right to discriminate, it also fights bigotry by exposing who is practicing it. I'm not for the right to discriminate because I want to see people abused, but because I do not.
If women want to start a knitting club with the requirement being XX chromosomes, they should have that right.
I literally can't imagine why someone would want to force their way into a club they are not wanted in the first place. Why force someone to make a cake they don't want to make? Why join an organization that doesn't want you? Why work for people that can't stand you?

iirc, they're called Colleges and Universities .. you will have to get loans for them .. everyone getting out of the military will be required to go and get a woke degree .. with a woke loan .. indoctrination you pay for, for the rest of your working life .. which is ok, as you can only afford to rent ...
