The issue is probably due to the install path you selected, since system32 is a Windows protected folder. Try installing on C:\ALPR_Database\

Olá, boa noite a todos! Assinei meu BLUE Iris, instalei o painel criado pelo nosso amigo, mas ele não reconheceu minha câmera, só mostra uma tela branca e não captura nenhuma imagem. Alguém poderia me ajudar? Além da assinatura normal do BLUE Iris, devo assinar o pacote ALPR? Sou do Brasil.

Before even considering the ALPR Database you need:
1) A camera capable of getting close-up photos of license plates, with the right settings for day and night, high shutter speed, gain, etc.
2) A working Blue Iris setup where the camera is configured and sending data into BI.
3) The camera settings in BI set so that the trigger and alerts are working to create clips when a plate goes by, and that going into CodeProject.AI (the ALPR module) and it's returning the detected letters and numbers.
All of those steps need to be done first, and are covered in other threads.
Once that's done and working, only then should you worry about this extra add-on for storing the detected plates.
I just pushed a new image which, at least as far as I can tell......... is complete for this release. I haven't updated the version number yet or created the release on github because I wanted to see if the MQTT setup works the way people needed and also give people the chance to try to find any bugs before it starts saying to update.
If you want to test it, you can use the normal update script and select latest version and it should get you set up.
Also, I did end up creating a whole load of tests that should prevent minor oversights from getting built and released and breaking peoples stuff.

I got it going. Thanks for working on this.
I would like to request a few changes.
1) The payload should be sent like how Blue Iris sends things. For instance { "plate_number":"&PLATE", "Image":"&ALERT_JPEG", "camera":"&NAME", "timestamp":"&ALERT_TIME" } comes across as multiple payloads under one topic and sorts nicely on my home automation system. As it stands I cant tease out the data I want on the single payload.
2) Need to be able to bind a camera to a specific broker. I have three LPR cams and I need to send MQTT messages based on which camera is triggering
3) Need to be able to send notifications based on tags as well as plates. I have some tags with hundreds of plates. Don't want to manually add those in when a single tag can cover it all
