Just tested with another camera, same model, same behavior. It looks like you have to send the activation twice...

Hi @bp2008, I'm trying to use this tool with IPC-HDBW4231F-E2-M(this is dual lens camera, bought from Andy). It works OK for channel 1, but has no effect for channel 2. Do you have any idea how can I trigger also the second channel? Thanks, Costi B.

You can simply login with an admin user every time, you'll still see the camera groups at first position in BI app and can easily change groups in UI3... But I use this limited user, watching only 4 cameras most of the time, it is sufficient for me when I'm not at home and also loading just 4...
