No rain, no nothing.. calm norcal night, humidity was not even 50 when it died.

I am new to this and thinking of getting this camera for my home. If I wanted the Ethernet cable to go along the wall instead of into the wall, from the picture it looks like the PFB203W mount has a hole at the base where the cable can come out, is that correct?

Would I need a shielded (STP/FTP) Cat6 cable if I'm running it along the outside the house or is that overkill? I understand I will need EMT conduits to protect the cables outside.

Agreed..very hard to navigate. I spent the last hour and found Andy has atleast two stores, both of which quote no stock.

Yes, there is an opening at the base that would fit CAT6 size cable. I use CAT5 cable on my installation.

I've got another issue with this camera.
I have two of these cameras, both setup identically and running the latest firmware.
The only difference is that one of them is zoomed in.
For some reason, everyday at 8pm, this thing zooms back out and the zoom controls are locked until sometime (think around 8am) the next morning.
Cant zoom via web interface or blue iris when the controls are locked.
I can zoom in and out on the other one with no problems.
I would think it may have something to do with the profiles in the web interface, but both are using the normal profile and i don't see any controls for setting zoom at certain times.
any ideas?

Today finished all 310PCS orders shipping out, i am upgrading the tracking No. big work~ HONG KONG at a public holiday, have 1 day delay. If lucky enough all the 310pcs can be delivered within this week. There still have some orders not closed who paid in the last week. Got another 120pcs yesterday, should be here this weekend.
For the warranty ones need to replace or fix up, i already arrange the new ones, will ship out when i finish all the updating~ Buy from us always reliable.
Our shop EMPIRE and BEC has some updates,just keep some hot selling models there, and will be back next week. Surely with better price~

@eatmorfood disable PTZ functionality within BlueIris; nothing on the camera its self is capable of moving the zoom level automatically..

From the Accessories tab on the PC-HDW5231R-Z product page I think you want PFA137
