    Hi all I have BI and many Hiks plus 2 basic brillcams. Just upgraded the firmware on the Brillcams and both are identical. They are both still working on BI and SADP etc just the one though has a corrupted login page. Does not look the same as normal, just the login box in the top left corner...

    Recommendation on a 8mp dome indoor with audio

    Hi all, I currently have the DS-2CD2542FWD-IWS in the place I am looking for the new dome. It is for a dining room where audio is imporatant. BTW if anyone knows why I cant get audio out the 2542 I would be made up to hear! I have video and audio on main stream selected but no joy?! cheers

    Hi mate. Can you please explain where i find out about the RTMPS URL? All i do to get it to show my nest hello on BI is : add the public sharing link and use the Https drop down from the 3 choices. Is there another way I should do it?

    Hi there, that is what I am doing, running as service a paid program version. it runs at start-up and then I double click the icon to see the GUI. it takes either ages or does not come on at all. Anyway, it works now I am using the win 8 on compatibility? strange but works! thank you SouthernYankee

    From service to GUI - long wait

    Hi there I have recently installed the BI5 and it looks great. One problem I have found is that when using as a service and then double clicking it for the GUI it takes at least 1 minute, maybe longer. Any ideas? cheers

    Bump, disregard. it was a wrong 12v I was using. not getting the correct power. I hope this helps another in the future when they use the first 12v they find that fits the camera!

    Hi all I had a pretty sweet set up before with multiple hiks 4mp and BI. Moved home and cant get them working. The IP has changed from a 192.168.0.** to a 192.168.1.** and the camera appears on Sadp then disappears. times out etc. I changed the IP of my network back to 192.168.0.** still same...
