    how do i verify this? i could do a packet dump on my switch i guess, I can see the camera in BI at night, but it just does not record anything ill check out some settings on the camera

    this camera only record in the day time, at night is seems that BI tracs 0 motion, I copied the setting from the DAY profile, the night profile is all the way down and it still does not record.

    i just got the reo-link ptz its 250 and amazing day picture, best night i have seen, and moves fast, it is slow to focus, and i'm still trying to get all fuctions working in BI but for the money it is freaking sweet camera

    i found the box with "must travel this many pixels" need to be reduce it defaults too 100, many area of that you dont have 100 for anything to travle. try 25 also i only overlap a pixel or 2

    you have to watch on many repeater Jitter can happen and cause the video feed to look real bad. I would personally just use the DSL and make a VPN between the houses. you can use cameras with onboard SD cards, since you may have to reduce quality over the DSL.

    check your firewall/router for those ports getting blocked, it might be easier to set up a VPN (and more secure)

    I was looking at the 4MP with 120-Db WR domes (and may be one or 2 of the zoom able domes I was looking at the 4MP zoom cameras they have I live out in the country so it Is very dark see motion lights to help a lot
